About The Role:

We are looking for someone to co-ordinate our Facilities function. With a positive, can-do attitude, you will support our Sourcing and Procurement Leader with the management of our buildings, fleet of vehicles and facilities across multiple sites in the South West – liaising with tenants, landlords, suppliers and tradespeople as required.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being organised and making sure things get done. You may even have a background in maintenance yourself.

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactively offering support to all business areas
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of IT and data systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Awareness of procedures, regulatory and compliance responsibilities, particularly in respect of Health and Safety
  • Awareness of environmental and sustainable practices
  • Strong organisation, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Understanding of business priorities and objectives
  • Willingness to travel between Company sites as required – a full driving licence will be needed
  • Experience of managing trade/maintenance projects and working with tradespeople would be desirable
  • The ideal candidate would have practical ‘odd job’ skills, to be able to repair/mend minor issues around the office/with company vehicles as required
Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Liaising with our business partners, suppliers, tenants and tradespeople as required
  • Managing the Facilities email inbox, dealing with queries and messages
  • Maintaining records of maintenance and repair
  • Overseeing the implementation of health and safety requirements across our offices, and maintaining a regular programme of review
  • Managing our fleet of vehicles and associated maintenance requirements
  • Identifying and arranging preventative maintenance of our buildings and facilities
  • Producing MI and monitoring key performance indicators
  • Contributing to associated projects across the business
