If you are contacting us out of hours, you can request a call-back by completing the form below and an experienced claims advisor will contact you when we are open.
We use trusted third-party providers to support our Members in emergency circumstances. If you are calling during an emergency, please call the relevant emergency contact from the list below. Please have your policy number ready before contacting the relevant service.
For all home emergencies including boiler failure, loss of power or gas and blocked drains, call ARAG on 01872 272157.
If you have Motor breakdown on your motor policy, contact Call Assist Limited on 01872 272178. If you are outside the UK and hold European Breakdown, call 00 44 1872 272178.
