We are looking for a Sourcing and Procurement Leader to join our team in Truro.
Ideally CIPS qualified, you will bring experience of working in a similar role. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will oversee all elements of our supply chain, managing third party relationships, the procurement of business supplies and services, establishing and monitoring SLAs with our suppliers and contractors.
You will be working as part of a friendly leadership team. A full induction will be provided.
The postholder will be responsible for generating, monitoring and analysing Management Information to inform decision making, manage projects and implement efficient processes.
A commercial approach is essential, as is the ability to take a strategic view; you will oversee procurement activities and strive for business efficiencies. You will appreciate the need to maintain adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
The postholder will also oversee management of our buildings and facilities, including tenant relationships, maintaining compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
- Liaising with business partners, suppliers and tenants as required, establishing and maintaining awareness of contractual agreements and SLAs.
- Ensuring our key suppliers are aligned with our approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
- Producing and monitoring key Management Information (MI).
- Contributing to operational projects across the business.
- Overseeing a programme of supplier audits.
