We are pleased to be able to offer a work placement in 2026, and welcome expressions of interest. Applications are now open to students looking to gain meaningful, practical experience whilst acquiring new skills and making a valued contribution.
We have a successful history of hosting student placements, many of which have resulted in valuable insights for us, as well as developmental opportunities for the students involved. This year, we are delighted to be able to offer a range of experiences across the organisation.
Students will have the opportunity to express an interest in one or more of the following areas:
🔹 Transformation
Supporting our Transformation team in delivering Change projects that improve how we work as an organisation. This area of work is ideal for students interested in project management, service improvement or organisational change.
🔹 Risk Management – a Digital Transition Project
Reviewing our current Risk Management service, identifying gaps and improvements to enable us to move to a digital solution. This role will suit students with an interest in digital transformation, data, risk management or business analysis.
🔹 Field Administration & Outbound Calling
Administrative work, supporting the activities of our team of Field Insurance Advisors. Tasks may include making outbound calls to Members, co-ordinating engineering inspections or assisting with farm sketch plans. This work would be perfect for students who enjoy problem-solving, co-ordinating and working directly with customers.
🔹 Human Resources (HR)
Supporting and providing assistance to our HR team, covering a range of people-focused activities and tasks. A great opportunity for students studying HR, business, psychology or related disciplines, who want to understand how HR works in practice.
