We’re looking to expand our developer team to increase our delivery cadence. We operate in an Agile environment utilising CI/CD to deliver tested solutions, implementing new services and enhancing existing applications to provide a high standard of service for our Members.
You will be mainly focused with developing using web languages such as PHP or C#, and knowledge of SQL Server would be advantageous. The role will also include front end development, so knowledge of Javascript based frameworks would also be beneficial.
Working closely with our Change and Data teams, you will help to provide solutions to business requirements, using appropriate technologies, software and systems to help deliver our Business Strategy objectives.
As part of a multi-functional IT team, you will be working with first line support, infrastructure specialists and application support to identify and resolve business issues in a DevOps environment.
You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues.
You must be willing to learn and able to put yourself in the shoes of the people who use the software.
Recent graduates and apprenticeships will be considered for this role, and we would also welcome applications from those with wider experience who have an interest.
Brief, preliminary interviews - to shortlist candidates - will take place online on the 15th of June. Subsequent in-person interviews will be held at our Truro office on the 17th and 18th of June.
All interview timeslots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Systems analysis, design and development skills

- Managing and developing relationships with suppliers and external parties
