Livestock is expensive, and loss can have a significant financial impact… so it makes sense to have your animals insured.

CowsCornish Mutual has been offering insurance to farmers for over 100 years we therefore have in depth experience of the needs and types of cover that our Members in the Farming community require. This includes covering your herd, flock or prize bull.

Livestock Insurance

Our Livestock Policy provides cover for death as a result of illness, injury or breeding. Cover can be given for bulls, cows, heifers, pigs and sheep.

For bulls we provide additional cover which makes a payment where the bull is proved to be permanently impotent, infertile or incapable of service as a result of illness or injury.
