A local understanding of your needs
By living and working in the South West, we believe we
understand the insurance requirements for letting residential
property in the region. Our cover is modular, meaning that you
chose the sections of cover that fit your needs; our local
Insurance Inspectors are always happy to visit and offer guidance
on identifying the right cover for you.
Contents Insurance
We can cover landlords' contents against a range of common risks
including fire, theft and storm damage. We can also cover your
contents against occurrences you may not have thought of such as
replacing locks should your external door keys be stolen.
Buildings Insurance
Our buildings insurance covers loss of or damage to the
buildings of your let property by a range of perils like fire or
flood. We can insure against accidental breakage of glass in doors,
windows and greenhouses, as well as to underground services such as
water pipes.
To give you extra peace of mind should the worse happen our cover
also includes architects', surveyors' and legal fees, the cost of
debris removal and of local authority requirements following an
insured loss.
Employers Liability Insurance
Employers Liability is compulsory by law for most
employers.
Our Employers Liability section covers your legal liability arising
in connection with your let property up to £10,000,000.
Public Liability Insurance
We automatically include Public Liability cover with our Buy to
Let property insurance. This covers your legal liability arising in
connection with your property up to £2,000,000 plus costs and
expenses.
Loss of Rent
If your property becomes inhabitable as a result of loss or
damage under your buildings insurance we can cover your loss of
rent for a period chosen by you.
