How to make a claim

Need to claim? Try not to worry… we'll do everything we can to handle your claim in a fair, fast and friendly way.

Crops If you need to make a claim on your Cornish Mutual policy, please download a claim form here. This form will prompt you for the information we’ll need, and also includes guidance and advice on the claims process itself.

If you would prefer to receive a claim form by post please email claims@cornishmutual.co.uk, or telephone 01872 277151 and ask to speak to a Claims Handler.

The details of your insurance cover – which will help you to confirm whether your claim is covered by your policy – can be found in your policy booklet. If you have mislaid your booklet and would like a replacement, please email uw@cornishmutual.co.uk, or telephone 01872 277151 and ask to speak to an Underwriter.

If you need more space to answer a section of the claim form please supply this on a separate piece of paper quoting your Member reference number.
