Experienced
Our dedicated in-house Claims Handling Team is headed by Paul
Haddrell, a Chartered Insurer with 30 years' experience in dealing
with all types of general insurance claims including motor,
property and personal injury cases.
Friendly
Our aim is always to provide a very experienced and user
friendly service, to ensure that Members' claims are dealt with
promptly and thoroughly with the minimum of fuss or
inconvenience.
Same day service
At Cornish Mutual, it is not at all unusual for a cheque to be
issued the same day the claim form arrives.
Where further information is needed, we aim to resolve any
outstanding issues in a prompt and efficient manner and with our
Members needs always at the centre of our thinking.
